He co-founded and lead The Mini Dental Implant Centers of America, a company selling licenses, training, and marketing to dentists in locations spanning ten states.

Steve co-founded and serves as President of The American Academy of Small Diameter Implants, which is dedicated to the advancement of dental implant technology through education and research. He co-founded and was Past President of the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants, which advances the art and science of dental implants.  Steve consults with implant manufactures in the design, use, and marketing of their products.
